Our mixing center receives, stores, picks and ships business all over the United States. The role would have responsibility of ensuring the operation journey to excellence and build productivity and cost.

Important Responsibilities:

You will be accountable for all results, that would primarily consist of unloading, loading, moving inventory in the warehouse, handling customer orders or case picking. This operation would be working on a 7/24 schedule, 360 days a week. The successful candidate is responsible for delivering all results and growing organizational capacity and capability to deliver sustained improvement. This role requires an elevated level of personal leadership and dedication to drive a long term zero loss journey. This requires daily on-the-floor leadership. Ongoing accountability for a team of P&G Technicians.

Job Qualification:

Leadership - will need to leverage and challenge the organization to deliver breakthrough business results as well as should have effective communication skills.
Build a culture – this role will provide the opportunity of directly build the culture of a P&G HPO team.
Learn and Grow Capability - Ensures the team is trained, qualified and can execute all the critical warehouse processes. – Owns the team in generation and execution of continuous improvement ideas.
Rigorous application of execution standards and continuous improvement tools.

This is a wonderful opportunity to learn in detail the transportation and warehousing node of the supply chain. You will be a pioneer of the new warehousing operations owned by P&G in the Mixing Centers.
The Mixing Center operates 360 days of the year. Due to that, this job will require to work on a schedule that would require rotating shifts and would include weekends in a constant basis.
