Role Overview

The Mission Systems Team is looking for an established talent management professional to join their team; this individual will execute a variety of talent management activities, such as recruiting, on-boarding, training programs, and employee engagement.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manages recruiting processes and programs to ensure job vacancies are quickly filled.
  • Conducts new hire on-boarding and orientation sessions and programs to make sure that new employees are quickly and smoothly integrated into the organization.
  • Conducts quantitative and qualitative analyses on talent management programs to highlight key trends.
  • Responsible for employee engagement processes focused on increasing employee motivation and engagement.
  • Delivers training programs and processes focused on effectively developing and utilizing employees.
  • Develops and implements programs, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, diversity within a business line / unit.
  • Monitors routine and standardized training programs, assesses results and implements enhancements as needed.
  • Conducts training needs assessments, analyzes employee training needs and plans requirements for workforce development.
  • Conducts ongoing evaluations to ensure effectiveness of programs and recommends modifications as necessary.
  • Maintains training attendance records to determine program effectiveness.
  • Analyzes the organizational structure and determines changes to be implemented with regard to organizational responsibilities, staffing, managerial skills and the quality of work life.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

  • This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate discipline and 3 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a degree, 7 years of relevant experience is required.
