THE JOB BRIEF:

• Serves as initial point of contact for assigned clients and directly accountable for work conducted in terms of analyses and presentation
• Work with senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company's quality standards
• Identify potential opportunities based on client discussions and needs, and communicate to respective team members
• Assist in sales activities in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation of proposal and credential presentations
• Provide desk-research and operational support to senior staffs
• Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date knowledge on research techniques and applications
• Identify opportunities for improvements in both client servicing and internal processes in the team and support business process and productivity improvement projects

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• BA / BS Required (MBA desirable)
• 1-2 years of relevant experiences in FMCG (sales/trade analysis) or retail industry, market research, data analysis preferable.
• Strong client service skill and pro-activeness
• Entry level knowledge of statistics
• Ability to solve challenging problems using sound a nalytic skills
• Fresh Graduates will also be considered
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills
• Fluent in English communication
