At P&G, the Sales function is responsible for managing the P&G business and our relationships with Canada’s largest retailers.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced professional with 2-10 years’ experience in eCommerce and key account management to join our Sales team in Toronto.

As aneCommerce Manager, you do more than “sell”.You become a strategy consultant, working withlocal retailers on the biggest brands in Canada. You will have the chance to activate and iterate on your ideas in the areas of merchandising, assortment, and marketing. The work is fast-paced and ever evolving as you build the trajectory of this growing retail channel for P&G.

To be successful in this role, you must be a leader, a strategic thinker and an excellent communicator. You are also someone who sets priorities, follows through on commitments and understands how to analyze data to help drive decision making.

What would make you a great fit?

· Bachelors or Master’s degree is required

· Candidates with 2 to 10 years’ experience in eCommerce and/or key account management would find this position to be a good fit. Prior CPG experience would be an asset.

· Experience in applying big data analytics techniques across multiple projects and knowledge of analytics tools like KNIME, Power Pivot, and Power BI would be an asset.

· Track record of leadership, tenacity, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

· Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

· Superior communication skills that will enable you to lead the thinking of decision makers internal and external to P&G.

· Motivated team player with the ability to collaborate and engage with multiple stakeholders.
