Park Operations Host – Part Time (Mon-Fri), HK Disneyland

Job Description

This position requires 2 – 5 days work per week and full availability on weekdays.
Typical shift hour: Morning shift (8:00am to 6:00pm) or Afternoon shift (1:00pm to 11:00pm).

Responsibilities :
Park Operations Host provide high quality services in our resort in a helpful and friendly attitude to our guest. They are assigned below one of the role according to candidate preference and resort operation to support operation needs in different areas.
Attractions Operations
Greet guests at attractions, control guest flow, load & unload guests from attractions and operate attraction systems.
Retail Operations
Greet guest at souvenir shops, operate sales system to complete cash transactions, stock and inventory control
Food & Beverage (Service)
Greet & serve guest with food at restaurant, operate sales system to complete cash transactions, stock and inventory control, set up tables and keep the restaurant clean and tidy
Basic Qualifications :

• Ability to speak Cantonese, English, and Putonghua
• Willingness to work at different locations in the resort area, including outdoor locations
• This role is Part-Time and requires full availability on weekdays for any shift

Schedule Availability
Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company.
