There are 2 parts for this role:

1. Sourcing: You will be leading the sourcing strategy development and execution of Car Fleet, Events, Telecom, Premiums and other professional service purchases for the Philippines General Offices
2. Purchases digitization: You will be leading and sustaining the digitization activities of the E2E source to pay cycle for the company.

Your team

This role reports to the Head of Purchases, Philippines. The Purchases team in the Philippines is composed of 7 passionate purchasing leaders with various levels of experience. A few of them joined the company just a few months ago while others have been around for 25+ years.

2. 100% on-time delivery and 0 quality issues
3. 100% Stewardship compliance
4. 100% PO approved on time
5. Less than 25% catalog usage
6. 100% of purchases team skilled and knowledgeable with various digitization tools

Responsibilities of the role

• Develop robust sourcing strategies and action plans to deliver cost savings of >10% of the spend handled
• Conduct regular competitive bids and/or negotiations with suppliers based on the sourcing strategy developed
• Ensure on time and high-quality delivery of goods and services from a strong supplier pool
• Ensure compliance to company stewardship expectations from external partners (compliance to anti-bribery, privacy and other relevant laws and regulations)
• Drive On-Time approval of all Purchase requests by the entire team in Coupa and also identify and drive solutions to enable transactional efficiencies and higher order analytics
  

• You have a bachelor’s degree from a reputed university preferably in Engineering or Business Administration
• You have strong commercial acumen
• You have the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
• You have strong Influencing and analytical skills
