The Customer Marketing Team is looking for a senior marketing manager to help us build and scale our automated and email onboarding experience for customers.
Today, most HubSpot onboarding is delivered 1:1 by a human. But the world is changing; many of our customers would prefer to learn in a self-service environment, and we need to enable them as effectively as if they had interacted with a human.
In this role, you’ll be pioneering our mission to leverage automation to activate and provide value to customers. You’ll work cross-functionally across Marketing, Product, Sales and Services to empower our customer base to get set-up on and using HubSpot. You’ll experiment, build, personalise and scale our global onboarding program, particularly for our international database.
