Shipt is a membership-based marketplace that helps people get the things they need. Our friendly shoppers handpick fresh groceries and household essentials and deliver them to members in as soon as one hour.

Shipt is growing rapidly and we are searching for a top-notch team player to join our Shopper Recruiting team! We need a self-motivated, creative, and hard-working individual to join our team and hit the ground running. You have a strong sense of time management and attention to detail; you are able to identify problems and find creative solutions. You are extremely efficient and organized, and you are not afraid to try something new.

What You'll Gain

You’ll work cross-functionally with our Marketing, Market Operations, Recruiting, and Analytics teams, to make sure we’re building the right tools and processes to get orders claimed and delivered on time for our members!

Responsibilities

• Evaluate video interviews and identify premier applicants to become Shipt Shoppers.
• Communicate with applicants via email and text message.
• Engage new Shoppers as they begin working with Shipt.
• Analyze and creatively address challenges within existing markets, implementing innovative solutions when you see a process is broken.
• Take ownership of projects and bring them to completion.
  

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in a fast-paced work environment, preferably in Operations or Recruiting/Talent Acquisition
  
• Experience in recruiting and/or conducting interviews
• Experience working as part of a Hiring Team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• A self-motivated, great team player.
• You are personable and highly organized.
• You have the ability to quickly and efficiently troubleshoot problems.
• You are passionate about helping others
• Tech-savvy - Mac, Google Drive.

Nice to Haves

• Startup experience a plus
• SQL a plus
• Experience working in e-commerce or the on-demand economy
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics, Operations Management, Human Resources (or other equivalent professional experience)

*Hourly range is typically $15.00 to $16.00 per hour*
