What You Will Do

As a Marketing Manager, Integrated Communications with Ascension, you will have the opportunity to manage and implement external marketing and/or internal communication programs to support the organizations strategies and business plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides input on goals of business unit leaders served by Marketing Communications with a focus on departmental, project or programmatic level strategies.
  • Ensure day-to-day tasks of integrated communication team members are completed on time and aligned to business goals and ministry-wide objectives.
  • Ensure product marketers are interlocking daily with portfolio marketing team based in Indiana and collaborating with marketing professionals within the ministry-wide function to gain efficiencies and eliminate duplication of tasks.
  • Works with Senior Director on integrated project roadmaps, status, results, and impact reports.
  • Guides internal and external communications strategy and implementation for Ascension Indiana.
  • Manages associate engagement, executive communications, change communications, issues management and other internal communications support.
  • Manages all external communications including earned media, thought leadership, provider promotion, executive visibility, community engagement, sponsorship support and other external communications support .
  • Creates strategic communication plans to support the marketing and/or communication goals of the business unit by collaborating with internal/external colleagues, stakeholders, opinion leaders, policymakers as well as ministry market executives.
  • Manages programs and projects.

What You Will Need

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required

Work Experience:

  • 3 years of experience required.
  • 5 years of experience preferred.
  • 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred.
