Data Scientist - ACO Operations 002 - Full-Time, Day - St. John Medical Center - Tulsa, OK Shift: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm This position will work in the Accountable Care Organization (ACO) for St John Health System which is called, Oklahoma Health Initiatives (OKHI). OKHI was the first Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) in Oklahoma when it started in 2014. ACOs are groups of doctors, hospitals, and other health care providers, who come together voluntarily to give coordinated high-quality care to their Medicare patients. The goal of coordinated care is to ensure that patients get the right care at the right time, while avoiding unnecessary duplication of services and preventing medical errors. When an ACO succeeds both in delivering high-quality care and spending health care dollars more wisely, the ACO will share in the savings it achieves for the Medicare program. The Data Scientist is responsible for the ACO data analytics for all ACO programs, producing summary reports, dashboard presentations, as well as analyzing and developing detailed reports for the populations served. Microsoft Access and Excel are both heavily used to aggregate, compile, summarize, concatenate, and extract the data required to summarize or provide detailed answers related to the Quality, Cost, and utilization of the ACO programs.Why Join Ascension?
