As Business Support Services Manager, you'll be and administrative and governance specialist with a passion for process organization, standardization, record keeping, and quality assurance in a fast paced setting. You will work closely with Google’s Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) teams and leads. Aside from helping to drive efficiency and consistency through defined operational protocols, GSRS’s management system sets both GSRS and other Google teams up for specific certifications and distinctions. Through these and other actions, we contribute to the sustainability of Google’s core business resilience and enable a collective ability to thrive in the face of adversity anywhere in the world.
In this role, you’ll work side by side with your global GSRS peers to provide information management support for a variety of needs and requirements. You will draw upon your excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to deliver successful, measurable project outcomes. Using your propensity towards collaboration, teamwork, and agility, you will help GSRS maintain documentation and operational workflows as well as achieve our collective strategic and annual objectives.
As Business Support Services Manager, you'll be quality driven, pay attention to detail, ensure thoughtful, timely tactical execution, and deep administrative management expertise in data management and systems workflow. You'll contribute a track record meeting compliance and other critical deadlines. Finally, you'll easily build positive internal and cross-functional partnerships and inspire trust from their team and colleagues, demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.
