About the Team
The Loyalty Team leads The Key Rewards, our new cross-brand customer engagement program, and three industry-leading credit cards. With brands including Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, West Elm, and Mark & Graham, our innovative business team powers strategy, marketing, analytics, and operations to drive loyalty across every customer touchpoint.
About the Role
This position is responsible for supporting all aspects of the credit and loyalty program for Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, and PBteen. The role will execute, maintain, measure, and report on loyalty marketing initiatives. The loyalty analyst will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-date operations of the Pottery Barn Credit Card program, including coordinating with bank partners, store teams, brand finance, creative and more. The ideal candidate is comfortable thinking analytically and creatively.

* Contribute to driving Pottery Barn Brands' credit card business across retail and DTC channels
* Flawlessly execute programs to drive acquisition in both channels as well as to improve retention of current Pottery Barn cardholders
* Oversee loyalty marketing month-end close, manages all invoicing, accruals and re-forecasts
* Gain understanding of the brand's identity including product, editorial, and marketing initiatives in order to help ensure loyalty initiatives meet both financial and brand-building goals
* Keep abreast of the loyalty market and competition; bring insights to inform strategy
* Coordinate loyalty efforts across digital, print, and email channels and functional areas to integrate loyalty strategies into all marketing programs
* Assist with day-to-day operations in partnership with Bank Vendor (Alliance Data) to ensure credit card programs are being executed and deliverables are being met
* Manage projects from writing creative briefs to routing to key stakeholders to implementation
* Plan, execute, and project manage new marketing initiatives
* Continually improve and flawlessly execute against existing loyalty roadmap
* Collaborate regularly with marketing, creative, IT, finance, store operations, external partners and cross-channel representatives when executing programs
* Execute all loyalty reporting (weekly/monthly) as needed using finance, IT and marketing partners where appropriate
* Synthesize and analyze internal and vendor reporting; ensure alignment on assumptions and methodology
* Partner with the loyalty team to ensure cohesive marketing approach and customer experience across tender types
* Ensure tailored marketing approach across Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, and PBteen
* Assist in developing store events & experiential marketing strategy to drive engagement with credit card programs

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

* You have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
* You have general business experience
* You have 2-4 years experience in marketing
* You have project management or campaign management experience
* You have proven analytical and organizational skills
* You have moderate to advanced Excel skills
* You have moderate to advanced PowerPoint skills
* You have the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects under deadline
* You have strong attention to detail; outstanding follow-through skills
* You are able to work independently and with a team
* You are a quick and curious learner
* Finance experience a plus
* Experience or passion for retail a plus
* Loyalty, CRM, or credit experience a plus
