Responsibilities

The HR Coordinator Intern will support the HR Manager Italy&Spain on Talent Acquisition, hiring and onboarding new hires, with a main focus on Sales roles across Italy and Spain.

He/She will contribute on the following key accountabilities:

  • Help boost recruiting pipeline by leveraging social media to publicize the open roles;
  • Help design and implement Employer Branding actions pursuing the goal of being Employer of Choice in the luxury retail industry
  • Drafting job descriptions, posting jobs and screening applications, scheduling & conducting interviews, ensuring appropriate communication is sent on time
  • Managing, tracking and monitoring hiring processes for all vacancies, providing vacancy updates and reports to the hiring manager, constantly updating hiring database.
  • Providing support to the Education department in organizing induction plans and welcome meetings for all new starters
  • Guaranteeing regular update of organization charts.
  • Producing analysis, reports and summaries as and when requested

Qualifications

We are looking for dynamic and motivated candidates who brings not only their knowledge and expertise to the role but who possesses, above all else, a passion for people and bringing innovative ideas to the table in all areas of Talent Acquisition.

A brilliant university graduate on Business/HR/Psychology (Master in Human Resources as a plus)

Excel and PowerPoint advanced skills

Fluent written and spoken English

Focused on results

Effective communication at all levels

Able to keep calm under pressure

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and diplomacy

Ability to be flexible, prioritize, and manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing environment;

Strong attention to detail;

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Passion for luxury and sustainability

Work experience in retail and exposure to Talent Acquisition and Human Resources is a plus.

Knowledge of social media outreach platforms highly desirable.
