Job Description

International Website Marketing Manager

Join the HubSpot Marketing team to enable a world class experience on HubSpot.com and its six regional sites, which are used every month by millions of people around the globe. As the publisher of our international websites, you’ll be responsible for making sure we have the best web experiences deployed in each region based on local customer needs and HubSpot’s marketing strategy.

You’ll be part of a global, cross-functional team including international SEO experts, localization specialists, regional marketing managers, UX designers, web developers, copywriters and conversion rate optimization professionals. You’ll be a strategist and an executor - owning regional experiences end-to-end from conducting market research to publishing content in the CMS.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with regional marketers to identify local market differences that demand unique content on non-English websites. Push lead generation campaigns, product launches, and web page redesigns to non-English domains.
  • Report on traffic and conversion performance of international domains, and make recommendations to regional leadership based on analysis.
  • Develop a system for auditing and managing non-English sites to ensure that content is up-to-date and on brand.
  • Publish content in the CMS using HubSpot’s standard modules and prioritize custom design and development work when needed.
  • Coordinate SEO requests and balance keyword optimization with the HubSpot voice and messaging.
  • Work with localization teams and manage budget to ensure we have a fast and efficient process for localizing relevant digital content.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

  • Passion for regional marketing and being the voice of international customers.
  • Proficient in using/learning technology platforms, especially content management systems - ideally with basic to intermediate web development skills.
  • Knows how to prioritize requests based on impact and effort, and knows when to say “no.”
  • A born project manager who collaborates well with others and keeps projects moving and on time.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects at once, many with converging deadlines.
  • Skilled at reporting and analysis - can learn Google Analytics and identify trends in data.
  • Preference for multiple language skills, preferably Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, or Japanese.

Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job. But we'll let you in on a secret: there's no such thing as a 'perfect' candidate. HubSpot is a place where everyone can grow. So however you identify and whatever background you bring with you, please apply if this is a role that would make you excited to come into work every day.
