Funds Transfer Analyst - CIB Cash Operations-1903732
Description
This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in Cash Management Operations. The incumbent is responsible for day to day handling of all Payments and Receiving Activities of the Cash Operations team as well as all related activities to ensure the efficient settlement of all products and services of the Bank’s internal and external clients.
The team member will work either an early (7:30am to 4:30pm) or late (10:30am to 6:30pm) schedule and be flexible. The incumbent must also have the willingness and ability to work one weekend approximately every two months.
- Support the daily operations of the Cash Management department in an efficient and effective manner
- Process wire transfers in accordance with the department policies and procedures
- Knowledge of OFAC , AML requirements and regulation
- Reconciling of Fed/DB/ FCCY Nostro account for accuracy
- Perform and review reconciliation of payment systems FTS & E-gifts
- Assist in the completion of the department’s end of day
- Communicate with other internal department properly addressing any wire concerns/ issues
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Assist and collaborate with co-workers and team members to achieve the unit’s goals

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent field,or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years banking operations experience with knowledge of Funds Transfer
- Knowledge of Cash Management, Financial Accounting, and customer service related experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and be a team player
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated knowledge of other banking products and the ability to apply that information to this role
- Excellent organizational, management, communication and customer service skills
- Requires excellent communication, good organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Solid knowledge/skills of Microsoft Office Suite and various bank systems
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes
- Bi-lingual candidate a plus
