ABOUT THIS JOB

The RMS Client Service Executive, is responsible for the execution, managing and delivery of projects and is expected to maintain client relationships through quality servicing with guidance from manager, contributing to the team success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure prompt delivery of service to the responsible clients in order to achieve the set financial objectives and other operational performance indicators
• Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews and also by providing value-added analyses and response to special requests
• Work with team from the stage of client briefing to the final stage of report writing and presentation of results
• Engage with clients on day to day queries and educate them on Retail Measurement Services products.
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with the identified key persons within client organization
• Undertake sales activities independently or in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation and delivery of proposal and credentials to meet the team business objective.
• Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management
• To constantly Identify and recommend enhanced and new services that answer clients' business needs
• Stay up to date with Nielsen products, services and applications
• Use and expand market knowledge
• Develop effective working relationships within team, other functions and clients

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Psychology, Sociology or Marketing related fields required
• 2+ years experience in market research (quantitative), any knowledge of Nielsen RMS, or general retail measurement practices would be an advantage.
• Candidates with rich experience of tracking studies (Retail / Household panel & Brand tracking) would be preferred
• Proactive with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Effective writing and excellent presentation skills
• Strong analytical, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
• Fluency (verbal and written) in English is essential
