Entry Level Finance Analyst

Job Description

This is what you’ll do: · Join the fastest growing Finance team in the automotive industry to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the financial planning/budgeting and monthly accrual processes · Establish close working relationships with business owners to support decision making and budgetary reviews · Reduce ambiguity and provide visibility in context of hyper-growth with financial reporting and variance analysis · Support for Accounting and Strategic Financial Planning as needed · Investment analysis on current and future projects · Help create financial tools for the entire Finance team · Ad-hoc reporting and analysis This is what you’ll need: · Expected graduation in Spring 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance from a highly ranked institution and ability to join full-time in Summer 2020 · Previous Finance-related internship/co-op experience is preferred · Deep knowledge of and advanced skills within Microsoft Excel · Must be a highly motivated self-starter who is able to achieve results with minimal direction. Requires a high-energy individual who has excellent partnering, and negotiation skills · Must be a driver for constructive process and system change · Excellent communication and documentation skills · Willingness to work until the job is done · Master’s Degree is overqualified and will not be considered Rivian description: We Are Rivian Rivian is building a new kind of car company.
