What we're looking for:

The Business Analyst for our Office of Business Strategy will define, build, and scale metrics and analytical insights to measure the opportunity and success, as well as drive the strategy for our functional area leaders. You will work closely with members of the Business Intelligence, Marketing Intelligence, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Transformation Office, and Finance teams to ensure we are capturing and surfacing the best data and information to make optimal business decisions.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Engage in deep market and financial data analysis
• Extract and manipulate data using SQL
• Leverage advanced Excel features for data analysis and testing statistical analyses
• Articulate the implications of the analysis, producing digestible and actionable business communications for executives based on findings.
• Work with structured and unstructured data
• Amplify signal and minimize noise

Requirements

• Ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, marketing, sales, and technical challenges
• Have the ability to effectively work cross-organizationally and cross-functionally with key stakeholders.
• Strong communication and project management skills, enabling you to work with key business stakeholders to understand requirements and shape insightful deliverables. ​
