The Corporate Communications Human Resources team is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic HR partnership to various organizations within the Communications Function. Specifically, this position will directly partner with various leaders within the Communications Leadership Team.

The ideal candidate will utilize knowledge of the HR function and model to help shape Communications HR strategy and standard solutions. They will need to partner with HR teammates and business partners across the function as needed.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the leaders to integrate and implement strategic priorities
  • Support development and achievement of strategic organization and talent plans, reduce complexities and enhance the value of HR solutions in alignment with our Global Talent Strategy
  • Serve as a HR knowledge expert, consultant and strategic advisor, working to drive HR goals and objectives from a consistent, enterprise perspective
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders and the various functional leaders to understand strategy and talent needs ensuring alignment, reducing redundancy and achieving results
  • Partner with the various Communications leaders and HR teammates to develop and execute strategies and plans such as talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, organization optimization, performance and career development, career lifecycle innovation, and overall employee engagement
  • Support the development and enhancement of a robust employee engagement plan
  • Champion a diverse, service excellence culture characterized by fast, agile, and responsive decision making, and an entrepreneurial, innovative, and engaged mindset
  • Must be willing to travel up to 15% of year domestically within the United States

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience working in Human Resources
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data for cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with Senior Leaders in Change Management
  • Experience developing and driving diversity strategies with leadership teams
  • Experience driving creative strategies
  • HR certifications SHRM, CHRM, etc. any designation in HR
  • Experience and passion around embodying the One Boeing Approach to decision making for business partners

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.)
