Who You'll Work With You'll join our Boston office to work with our Senior Partners and Partners, and the Boston Executive Assistant Team.

What You'll Do

You will provide relief administrative support for Senior Partners and Partners in our Boston Office.In this role you will provide seamless coverage for absences, vacant positions, and peak period demands by providing diversified, dependable, high quality administrative support to one of our partners. You'll maintain all communications, including responding to correspondence that not does require the personal attention of the partner, writing correspondence for own or partner's signature. Additionally, you will handle all telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner and you'll develop strong ongoing rapport with assistants supporting client executives. You'll also provide broad administrative support (e.g., heavy calendaring/travel scheduling, organizing files) to help organize and leverage a partner's time effectively. You will manage multiple streams of work from client to committee to practice and work collaboratively with designated executive assistant backup to provide support to assigned consultants as necessary. You will also actively participate as a team member of the Administrative Support Services Department (including participating in different training sessions, as necessary) and participate as an office/firm member through involvement with different initiatives, committees, etc. and you'll maintain the firm’s high standards regarding confidentiality and client information.

Qualifications

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent customer service attitude and strong ability to build and cultivate client relationships
  • Professional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
  • Strong organizational ability
  • Flexibility (e.g., performing personal work, assisting others with requests, being able to re-prioritize work adjusting to changing desk assignments, etc.)
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Strong work ethic
  • Experience with reading financial statements
  • Knowledge and experience with electronic calendar, and e-mail programs (Outlook preferred)
  • Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and internet searches preferred
