JOB PURPOSE

The Quality Control Analyst will be responsible for implementing quality controls across the operation facility to protect incoming and outgoing quality. Identify trends and potential risks for major product releases (sneakers, streetwear, etc.) and ensure operations is adequately prepared. This position is key to problem solve and identify areas for improvement within the operation facility.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Update and maintain quality documentation, including measures put in place to prevent errors occurring within operations
• Implement process improvements within operations to protect for quality standards
• Develop reactionary and preventative plans for emerging quality issues
• Identify emerging trends for product releases and process changes
• Develop innovative solutions to key problem areas
• Work with operation leads to solve operational gaps
• Develop quality controls to ensure the buyer is protected and receiving high quality product to the StockX standard

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years of experience in quality control or a related field
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience with creating and managing process improvement projects
• Experience with root cause analysis of problems using data, observations and other tools
• Understanding of problem solving tools
• Understanding of process improvement and observing gaps to defined standards
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to utilize data to make conclusions and observe patterns / trends
• Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail and follow through
• Ability to manage large workloads and prioritize tasks
• Analytical, organizational, problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong interpersonal, written, verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels
• Organized and proficient at documentation
