GoDaddy is looking for a Senior Analyst – Accounting Systems to assist in the day-to-day support of our financial platforms – Workday ERP and BlackLine. In this role, you will participate in the coordination, support and maintenance necessary to ensure their proper and effective functioning. You will also develop, modify and support custom reports for both ad hoc and ongoing needs of the business, working closely with business partners to deliver on their reporting and configuration needs. In addition, you will be responsible for helping to ensure financial systems integrity as well as compliance with our Sarbanes-Oxley controls.

In this role, you will:

·Create and maintain efficient processes that provide effective controls and reliable data for the purpose of recording financial transactions and producing financial reports.

·Facilitate ongoing maintenance of our financial systems, including continuously tracking report inventory, verifying efficacy of system configurations, creating and updating process documentation, and the assignment of reconciliations.

·Develop and maintain various financial reports needed by the Finance and Accounting teams to support internal and external reporting requirements in Workday ERP, abiding by best practices set forth. This includes processes in place to ensure compliance with our Sarbanes-Oxley controls.

·Work closely with the Finance and Accounting teams to understand and prioritize issues and reporting requirements. Effectively communicate team initiatives to stakeholders.

·Monitor and proactively address any system errors identified. Troubleshoot application issues in coordination with the business/IT/Workday.

·Work closely with internal and external auditors to ensure all compliance activities are properly executed in a timely manner.

·Assist in the review and testing of upgrades prior to new system releases (semi-annually).
