7Geese is seeking a talented senior product manager to help continue the performance management revolution. Who we are 7Geese is a fun, ambitious startup rewriting the rulebook on performance management. Our platform encourages continuous feedback, coaching, peer recognition, and OKR goal setting. Established in 2012, we are a mature product in an emerging market, with over 300 customers worldwide, served by our small (but growing!) and diverse team in Vancouver, Canada. The role

• Lead a scrum team of developers and designers to design, build, and launch new product features and improvements
• Own and execute the product roadmap for your product area
• Own the metrics and success of the features in your product area
• Educate customer success, sales and marketing on new features
• Build business cases for new features and prioritize them against other potential initiatives
• Conduct usability studies to identify issues with different workflows and propose solutions
• Join customer calls to identify product issues and potential opportunities

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of product management experience
• Experience working with customers, developers, and design teams to successfully bring new products to market
• Experience owning a roadmap and prioritizing new development vs fixing bugs
• Experience running a scrum development team
• A keen eye for good design and a passion for user experience
• High-level understanding of front-end and back-end web development
• Experience using data to define and measure product success
• Excellent organization and planning skills
• Experience with performance management activities (one-on-ones, performance reviews, career development, etc.)

• Prior work experience in a SaaS company
