Roles & Responsibilities
- Requirement gathering, analyzing, diagnosing to resolve complex customer business problems with optimum product implementation.
- Create excellent documentation and demonstrate product solutions to customers to fulfill the business objective
- Train the technical and non-technical product users by delivering efficient product feature training, educate the customers about strategic use cases and advanced configuration
- Learn and understand the product features, limitation and the potential to customize the product to achieve the desired goals
- Learn hand in hand with multiple teams for customer issue escalations, on-time deliveries, root cause analysis, and product road mapping
- Become an SME in product implementation in customer org
- Managing customer request scope, solution delivery timelines by creating project plans, and setting expectations
- Provide technical consultation using configuration features as well as customization potential to fulfill complex customer business problems.
- Train and enable the customers for Production/Sandbox deployments.

Technical Skills
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) Preferred
- Thorough understanding of custom objects, fields, validation rules, automation rules, page layouts- lightning and classic--and knowledge of which situations are appropriate for each component usage.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, CSS, jQuery, Salesforce report and dashboard building
- Understanding of the Salesforce Object models and security (profiles, role hierarchies, etc.), Org to org migrations, license assignments, etc.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, GitHub, MS Outlook, etc.
- Ability to design and implement an excellent Salesforce solution to solve an observed business problem
- Some exposure to SAP basics like object and fields is necessary
- Project Plan and technical as well as functional documentation skills
- 2+ years of hands-on industry experience is a plus
- This is a Customer-facing role. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in Salesforce Administration as well as Technical Project Management along with Excellent communication skills and proven success in a dynamic and collaborative environment
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer I/II certification
- Exposure to SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce.com API, Salesforce Classes
- Advanced level of SAP
