ERP Program Manager

About the Position

The IT ERP Program Manager will drive the project management process for key business applications. This role will support critical business needs and help identify opportunities and operational optimizations for our technical and infrastructure operations.

This individual will take the lead in defining, measuring, communicating, and executing all program deliverables to key stakeholders, project team members and our management team. In addition, you will own the requirements gathering and prioritization process for implementing our new firm-wide ERP.

You will be involved with budgeting, capacity planning and execution of the project plan in all phases from requirements gathering to final deliverables and ongoing support.

Oversee third-party vendors and hold them accountable to schedules, deliverables and quality of work across the design, build, test, deploy and support phases of the project.

About You

• Subject-Matter-Expert level experience in deploying an Enterprise-wide ERP system such as a Workday/Oracle/ADP/Sybase or similar product is required.
• A PMP certification is highly desired.
• 4-10+ years of experience in Project or Program Management.
• Experience managing the delivery of a new or transformational product.
• Highly proficient in using data visualization, developer and data analytic tools such as Tableau (or similar), Jira and Excel.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
