Your Role and Responsibilities
The HR Technologist will be part of our growing Talent and Engagement practice. The Job duties will include but are not limited to
• Provide technical consulting services by playing an active role on development projects through the entire systems development and maintenance lifecycle,
• Work on all project phases to gather requirements, analyze business needs, develop technical specifications, and define technical requirements
• Work collaboratively with other technical team members on shared projects
• Proactively seek to learn and grow skills in PeopleSoft HCM and Federal HR
• Consistently produce clear, concise status to the technical lead
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Candidate should have 1 – 2 years of experience working on Development teams on complex engagements • Upgrade and implementation experience a plus • Ability to work on all project phases • Solid understanding of ERP package and development tools, JAVA CSS • Solid understanding of setup tables, reporting, and integration of all modules • CONSULTING SKILLS o Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, manager/team leads and management o Consistently produce clear, concise status reports o Build confidence and trust with team members o Display effective analytical skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
* Functional understanding of PeopleSoft HCM (Federal product- a plus) • PeopleSoft HCM experience * PeopleSoft Workflow experience • PeopleSoft security administration experience • PeopleSoft System Administration experience • General IT Architecture experience
