Senior UX designer

Job Description

We are looking for UX designer who will drive design and workflow improvements for orthodontic CAD system, which is used internally by more than two thousands of our CAD designers distributed around the world. UX designer works in software engineering team and supposed to understand in details end-to-end operational flow. You will be part of software engineering team, which continuously works on productivity improvements. Role supposes communication with a stakeholders and day-to-day analysis of people behavior.

Description
- Investigation of CAD designers behavior
- Analysis possible scenarios and corner cases
- Development of UI and workflow prototypes and mockups
- Organize and drive customer development
- Monitoring of productivity improvements, figuring out new opportunities
- Review and track all changes may negatively impact Ops productivity
- Creation of design specifications for development team
- Proactively generate and validate new ideas
- Provide structured reports about results, status and next steps

Requirements
- 2+ year or relevant UX/UI and design experience
- Demonstrable UI design skills with a portfolio
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Ability to lead user research
- Ability to balance multiple tasks/priorities, consistently meeting deadlines
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial;
- English upper intermediate or higher
- Desire to become an subject matter expert
- Be ready to business trips on quarterly basis
Education
- Bachelor or Masters or PhD in Sciences or Engineering or Design
