Your Role and Responsibilities
Your day in the role will include...

• Requirement and problem understanding
• User Research – primary & secondary
• Facilitate or leading design thinking workshops
• Design analysis and synthesis
• Creating low fidelity and clickable prototypes
• User testing and reporting
• Accessibility and globalization
• Co-ordination with Internal teams
• Client Interaction/handling, communication and presentation
• Support in practice initiatives
• Work on poc’s, project pitches and estimations

You will come with...

• Information architecture & interaction design guide
• Prototypes, concept maps & models, storyboards, interaction hierarchies, taxonomies, pattern libraries,

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 4 + Years of experience in Design experience.
• Data analysis & insight development
• Personas, empathy map and journey Maps
• Information architecture & interaction design guide
• Prototypes, concept maps & models, storyboards, interaction hierarchies, taxonomies, pattern libraries,
• Workflows and design specifications
• Service design & systems thinking blue print

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Excellent storytelling, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills for user interviews/testing, coordinating across teams and client interactions
• An aim to learn and master newer design techniques and technologies
