Regional Juicer Operations Manager

Lime is a smart-mobility provider that offers cities an array of mobility products including Lime-E e-assist bicycles and Lime-S electric scooters. Lime aims to revolutionize mobility in cities and campuses by empowering residents with cleaner, more efficient, and affordable transportation options that improve urban sustainability. The Lime Juicer Program pays people to collect and charge electric scooters nightly using the Lime Juicer app. We are looking for a Regional Juicer Operations Manager to lead the Juicer program within regional markets, coordinating new market launches and working with the Central Supply Infrastructure team to ensure key market health KPI goals are met.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and react to acquisition, retention and marketplace KPIs
• Partner with the Central Supply Infrastructure team to implement best practices and experiments
• Take charge of and implement Juicer pricing and promotion strategies
• Lead the rollout of LimeBases, or consolidation locations to aggregate broken scooters
• Organize on-boarding and engagement events in your market
• Collect feedback from Juicers and communicate that feedback to Supply Infra Operations
• Support community managers in designing and translating surveys
• Collaborate with community managers on writing and translating communications
• Setup partnerships with local players, making it easier for Juicers to work with our company
• Monitor competition and our live operations to report any disruptions

About You

• 5+ years of investment banking, consulting or marketplace startup experience
