Job Description
The Walt Disney Studios (the Studio) encompasses the creation, production, promotion, sales, acquisition and domestic and international distribution of live-action and animated motion pictures, DVD releases, live stage plays, and music and soundtrack recordings.
Walt Disney Studios Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team is responsible for creating a best in class experience for our most engaged movie fans. We leverage the widely recognized and beloved brands of the Walt Disney Studios to create a direct relationship with our fans, and in turn, to drive business objectives by providing our stakeholders with insights on consumer behavior and preferences. Its primary avenue for meeting these goals is Disney Movie Insiders, the premier engagement platform for all Pixar, Walt Disney Animation, Disney Live Action, Marvel Studios, Star Wars and [select Fox] releases.
This role is responsible for supporting the Studio CRM Integrated Marketing team with coordination of campaign planning and asset management to ensure proper programming and marketing support for Studio titles on Disney Movie Insiders.
Responsibilities : - Supports the Sr. Managers, Integrated Marketing on all title planning and communicating Studio title related updates to CRM team
- Reviews, confirms and updates calendars and planning tools to ensure accuracy in campaign planning and execution
- Manages and updates title planning milestones and programming with the CRM & TIG teams
- Supports acquiring and maintaining creative assets for CRM team needs for each Studio title
- Recaps action items and notes for Integrated Marketing meetings
- Routes and collects feedback on all title related creative for review by Marketing, Legal and Franchise teams on behalf of the Studio CRM team
- Participates in certain planning meetings for Brand Marketing and Franchise teams
- Creates and updates pitch decks and recaps around title related programming
- Supports execution of key title support initiatives and promotions that align with Marketing and Franchise objectives and partners with Program Strategy team to ensure alignment with Disney Movie Insiders program goals
- Supports the Communications team on various activations and live event coverage
- Coordinates invoices for CRM title-related expenses and activations
Basic Qualifications : - Minimum of 2 years of experience in entertainment or related industry
- Great communications skills, both written and interpersonal, expressing ideas, thoughts, or facts in a clear, convincing, and organized way
- Skilled across multiple presentation deck formats (Keynote, Powerpoint, Google Slides) and comfortable creating and updating pitch presentations
- Highly organized, with the ability to efficiently handle a large quantity of projects and tasks simultaneously
- Self-starter with strong initiative and understands how to be adaptable and flexible to partner needs and shifting priorities
- Problem solver with positive, can-do attitude
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in marketing strategy, partnership or synergy marketing
- Experience in social media management
- Disney Segment experience
Preferred Education : - BA/BS Degree or Comparable Work Experience
