Role Summary

Working for CRES’s global Communications team, you will lead internal design requirements for CRES. Working closely with the Communication team you will deliver tailor made designs related to various areas of excellence under CRES on a global level. You will be responsible for understanding the brief, research, conceptualization, story boarding, design of collateral and maintaining the repository.

Key Responsibilities

• • Work with our communications leads to define, develop, implement and manage communication collaterals for CRES taking into account both internal and external audiences
• • Prepare designs for various mediums such as print/digital. Creating designs as per the Capgemini guidelines. From sketch to final touch, you will be instrumental in bringing our communications to life through attractive visual representations of the message.
• • Be confident and familiar with all communication formats including emailers / screensavers / intranet design, visual aesthetics etc. and focus on bringing innovation to the CRES communications arena and relay of our messages
• • Plan and drive specific design campaigns as and when needed
• • Building potential designs for ppts and collaterals used by our Leadership Team to communicate about CRES
• • Be well versed with video making, video editing, storyboarding etc. for scripts and content shared
• • Revamp & redesign our CRES hub and help make design changes in CMS
