What we're looking for:

You are curious, driven, team oriented and eager to learn. You are someone that wants to gain reporting and compliance experience working for a large public technology company. You have a preferred 3+ years of progressive related work experience.

Position Summary:

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with the preparation and review of our quarterly scoping process, IPE testing and SOC report reviews. In addition, you will support the Company’s quarterly executive reporting and SEC reporting process, and assist with the Company’s financial statement review and analysis.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the quarterly scoping process
  • Assist with the Company’s annual system generated report (IPE) testing and review of SOC reports related to outside service providers
  • Assist with the preparation and/or review of documentation related to management identified deficiencies
  • Assist with quarterly testing of related party transactions
  • Assist with the preparation and review of earnings materials required by investor relations and senior management
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and disclosures within the Company’s SEC filings, such as 10-Q, 10-K and 8-K
  • Assist with the Company’s month-end close processes, including all related checks, financial statement fluxes, and controls, as required
  • Ability to interact effectively with management and functional peer groups and to gain cooperation from others, including internal and external auditors

Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent education
  • Certification in Accounting (CPA) or Internal Audit (CIA) preferred
  • Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley, COSO, SEC and PCAOB requirements
  • SAP/BPC environment experience preferred
  • Public Accounting or Internal Audit experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
