The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Marketing and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. The Business Functional Manager position will report to the head of Business Infrastructure and will have direct accountability for developing and standing up key infrastructure processes for the efficient operation of PVSI Control. These key processes include:
The Business Functional Manager will build the PVSI Control forecasting capability, govern the process and provide the centralized services to streamline and maintain control over resource acquisition through the various sourcing channels.
This role requires a collaborative leader capable of initiating action and managing change in a fast paced environment as well as strong relationship management, influencing, vision and execution skills. A key differentiator will be the ability to understand and operate successfully in a complex, heavily matrixed corporate environment. The role requires a sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability for achievement while having ability to make timely and difficult decisions. Successful candidates will have ability to distill complex concepts, businesses, and processes across multiple teams into simplified and targeted solutions while communicating those concepts effectively and ensuring that all deliverables are met. The individual will use process and analysis skills to identify business problems and build compelling fact-based strategic recommendations. The individual will also have a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong credible relationships with key stakeholders.
