The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Master Data Management - System & Data Analyst expert to join the Offer to Cash (O2C) organization. The chosen candidate will play a key role in defining the data object scope and structure to meet the business requirements of a growing aerospace and defense company. The job entails significant master data management experience to meet commercial and government requirements of a complex international corporation. This position is located in St. Louis, MO.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Define the data object scope of master data management for the O2C value stream, including Sales Master Data, Customer Master, and Pricing Master
• Define the master data management structure that is needed from O2C in collaboration with other O2C team members and value streams, including core team, data stewards, SMEs, etc.
• Collaborate across O2C to support the enterprise-wide data management requirements
• In an Scaled Agile environment, work cross-functionally with other business units, value streams, product owners, industry assist partners, and other team members to define business requirements, functional specifications, use-cases, and test plans
• Define the policies and procedures, templates, standards, change request process, validations, and reporting tools to be included in the enterprise
• Define the master data management processes, including data published to whom, what is globally managed versus locally managed, etc.
• Quantify the data management metrics, including data volume, CRUD execution timing and duration, etc.
• Own and produce the data management deliverables and execute the full lifecycle (Design-Build-Test-Deploy)
• Collect, analyze and consolidate data from multiple sources

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of master data management in a complex system environment
• Experience with SAP Master Data Governance
• S4 HANA experience ( 2+years)
• Fiori experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of applications and processes in a large and complex business environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Finance or technical background in solution development
• Excellent knowledge of how business and IT organizations inter-operate
• Finance or technical degree
• Significant aerospace and defense knowledge
