Supplier Quality Manager - Berlin or Munich

Your Tasks

  • Supplier Quality Management for IoT modules and their active components according to Automotive standards
  • Planning and execution of supplier audits and implementation of improvement measures
  • Selection and qualification of components in cooperation with research & development, purchasing and manufacturing partners
  • Consulting of research & development, production partner and customer regarding component related technology for production and failure analysis
  • Technical interface regarding failure analysis of field defects (8D reporting) between customer, supplier and failure analysis labs
  • Preparation and negotiation of Quality Assurance Agreements

Your Profile

  • Dipl. Ing. or Master of Electronics, Communication Technology, Physics or similar
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier quality management according to Automotive standards
  • High expertise regarding active electronic components (semiconductor like memories, CPUs etc.) and their technology
  • Expertise in reliability testing (e.g.: AEC Q100, JESDxx,..), failure analysis (e.g.: x-ray, cross section, SEM, FIB) and quality management methods
  • Experience in execution of supplier audits according to Automotive standard VDA 6.3
  • Knowledge of environmental standards and guidelines regarding RoHS and REACH
  • Experience component data base management with SAP preferable
  • Team Player with excellent communication skills
  • English fluent verbally and written
  • German fluent verbally and written is desirable
