Responsibilities

• Key Requirements for Role:
• Domain knowledge – Client On-boarding for a wealth management firm. Includes Front Office Prospecting and Sales, KYC/AML Operations, Client Services, Product Control, Risk Operations, Credit, Legal, Collateral Management and Account Operations.
• Ability to work at different levels of detail (from strategic to close attention to detail) and be able to concisely summarize complex issues.
• General knowledge of KYC, AML and EDD regulatory requirements in the regions (North America, Latin America, Asia Pac, EMEA) with respect to data privacy.
• Ability to bring similar project experiences in the wealth management space to the project to assist client in making decisions based on competitive benchmarks.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills (listens effectively, creates well organized, accurate, and concise documents) as deliverable production will be a key aspect of the role.
• Process analysis and design for future state client on-boarding process definition – ability to analyze current requirements, identify gaps and overlaps and help define a future state process for the client.
• Analyze user stories for gaps
• Excellent oral and written communications skills (listens effectively, creates well organized, accurate, and concise documents) as deliverable production will be a key aspect of the role.
• Self-starter with ability to allocate time efficiently, proactively communicate status of work and accommodate multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change
