As the first dedicated Recruiting Operations Manager at Postmates, you will play a critical new role in helping to efficiently grow our rapidly-expanding Talent Team, as well as utilizing analytics in implementing and improving recruiting tools, strategy, processes and procedures in order to help us scale successfully.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, scale and improve Postmates' recruiting strategy, processes and tools
- Utilize and apply analytics in development of successful long-term recruitment strategy
- Help drive and maintain an exceptional candidate experience via evaluating and optimizing the coordination function
- Consistently identify and make recommendations for areas of improvement from a process and operational standpoint
- Partner with Finance, Recruiting and People teams in requisition approval and management, headcount/hiring analytics and process optimization
- Optimize and streamline data analysis in key reporting and metrics
Qualifications
- Preferably 5+ years of recruiting and/or HR experience overall, with at least 3+ years in an operations/project management-focused role
- Deep understanding of recruiting metrics and data and how to apply them in process improvements/optimization
- Ability to identify gaps in processes and areas for improvement in an ambiguous, ever-changing, hyper-growth startup environment
- Exceptional project/program management and organizational skills
- Strong operational and analytical abilities (you LOVE data!)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build successful cross-functional partnerships with different teams and stakeholders
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus
