工作职责 Responsibilities:

• 负责新媒体内容运营,通过运营发布在第三方平台和社区内的文章、视频、资料等内容,在目标平台上积累粉丝,扩大品牌影响力;
• 内容策划,基于业务目标,参与市场/运营类内容的策划、撰写、维护,为品牌传播和达到数据目标服务;

岗位要求 Requirements:

• 文案优秀:能撰写具有市场灵敏度和洞察力的市场类文案,有效传达品牌核心信息,吸引目标用户的注意力;
• 善于分析:我们关注数据,以可量化的目标为导向,为了有效达成目标,你需要不断地追踪并分析运营工作的数据结果,并基于此不断优化工作方法;
• 知乎、微博、果壳、Github、V2EX等知识类社区深度用户加分。
