EAS Digital Customer Experience (DCX) practice’s vision is to help our clients transform their business into a digital enterprise with focus around digital customer experience strategy. This practice enables digital, cloud, and customer experience transformations by linking together the business processes of marketing, sales and service function delivered across systems in to an end to end, seamless customer journey delivery and managed through various enterprise platforms enables by Microsoft Dynamics 365, Adobe Marketing and Contact Center platforms like Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, Twilio, Amazon Connect etc. EAS DCX offers end-to-end transformation services that include advisory services, road map definition, digitization, customer experience optimization, metrics management, and more. The Oracle Solutions Practice provides advisory, design, development, implementation and maintenance services on key Oracle products such as PeopleSoft, E-Business Suite, JD Edwards, Cloud applications, and Taleo. IPM delivers business process and integration solutions in areas such as BPM Integration and human centric BPM. The practice maintains world class capabilities on the industry leading platforms of the middleware integration and BPM segments (IBM, Oracle, Pega, Appian, OpenText, TIBCO, Software AG etc.) Business integration is the synchronization of a company’s internal operations with those of its other divisions and its trading partners by connecting disparate systems in real-time. Business process is an activity or set of activities that will accomplish a specific organizational goal and BPM is a systematic approach to making an organization's workflow more effective, efficient, and capable of adapting to an ever-changing environment. IPM (BPM & Integration specific) tools are platform and language independent, though certain tools have superior capabilities around certain technologies (.Net, J2EE) and domains (finance, healthcare, manufacturing, insurance, public sector.) Cognizant has rich partnerships with popular tool vendors like Pega, IBM, TIBCO, Software AG and Oracle to name a few. We have customers across the globe in multiple industry sectors.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Our preferred majors are Computer Science, IT, or Business Information Systems with minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0; or minimum GPA of 3.25 in their major
• Self-motivated individuals with strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills with the passion and appetite to learn newer technologies
• In EAS, we provide a technical career path with the opportunity to be ‘hands-on’ and get involved in code and design

• Applicants must be willing to relocate to one of the major geographic areas where we have significant customer accounts and/or travel may be required

• Knowledge of SDLC and various life cycle models such as waterfall, spiral, Agile, etc.
• Strong understanding of application development methods, data base concepts, system architecture, algorithms and operating systems
• Exposure to various technologies and languages including Java/Dot Net, Linux/Unix scripting, FTP/SFTP and Tomcat or equivalent server knowledge
• Ability to work on problems with defined scope through usage of standard programming concepts and principles
• Actively participate in developing complex applications involving cutting edge technology and frameworks
• Work in onsite-offshore model and on production support roles & extended hours
