You provide the clinical insights, health economics and reimbursement knowledge and value-based healthcare thought leadership, during pivotal dialogues with customers who have selected Philips as a partner to realize their goals for their patients, doctors and institutions.

Based on your experience as a clinician, you find opportunities in the marketplace, create leads for the DACH sales team, participate in initial dialogues and co-creation session, and nurture the relationship on the professional, departmental and C-suite level. You work closely together with the account executive, country- and market leadership, to convert leads into commercial deals and long-term strategic partnerships. You clinical background, knowledge and wisdom enrich the dialogues and add credibility to Philips as a health technology company that puts customers first always.

• You have experience with C-suite and department head engagements and feel comfortable to represent Philips in these high-level dialogues.
• You review and revise tenders, commercial documents, and engagement strategies with a specific ‘medical expert’ point of view.
• You are aware of the relevant regulatory, clinical, or market issues in a particular market related to cardiology and interventional therapy, and ensure these are appropriately reflected in engagement strategies.
• You build and sustain a relevant KOL network in the market, in order to drive engagement with C-Suite customers on topics related to area of expertise.
• You maintain a strong relationship with the broader medical community in Philips in order to share and leverage best practices.
• You develop strategies to maximally leverage your clinical expertise and that of other MD’s in Philips, and are prepared to share best practices and learn from others in the Philips MD peer group and the Medical Leadership Team.
• You collaborate with your CMO colleagues in other markets and the MLT to develop standardized ways of working, and enhance marketing and branding materials with clinical knowledge.
• You educate and train the broader market salesforce on the fundamentals of VBHC, HEMA and relevant clinical topics.
• You team up to win with other enabling functions as HTS consulting services by bringing in innovation, business and master planning expertise from CMO network, the clinical affairs team, the research community.
• You are based in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) market but are ready to work in other global markets when your expertise is necessary.
