About Our Site

Our Eagle Farm site is the beating heart of operations for Thales' range of protected vehicles, which protect Australian soldiers in the field. At this site we provide a range of offering engineering and general maintenance services to ensure our soldiers remain safe. Our team of 140 have an unrivalled passion for what we do, our Support operations are pivotal to the ongoing success of both our Bushmaster and Hawkei platforms.

Business Analyst

This project will redefine what our Queensland organisation looks like, and you’ll be leading the way. What you’ll do

• Elicit, analyse, define and document solution requirements by engaging with stakeholders, including the capture of stakeholder expectations
• Work with engineering teams to organise, analyse, review and report the status of user and system requirements
• Define products and/or contribute to product definition
• Join project reviews and peer reviews and assist quality inspections

About You

• Qualified in Computer Science; System Engineering or Information Technology
• Have worked on Software Projects
• Have knowledge of full software development lifecycle
• Experience with authoring/reviewing User Stories and technical documentation

Special Requirements

The position is dependent on the candidate eligibility to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance.

You will also need to successfully clear a pre-employment and police check.
