SAP Fieldglass is an industry leading VMS cloud software application. With a strong entrepreneurial culture, and unmatched client retention levels, the Account Services Team is responsible for the relationship of our multi-national blue-chip client relationships after ‘go-live’.

Our Account Managers are fun, pragmatic, fair and powerful communicators who are passionate about the value relationships and partnerships can bring to any business.

Ideal candidates should have experience with the following:

  • Prior experience as either an Account Manager, Relationship Manager or Customer Success Manager would be beneficial
  • A back ground in Staffing/Contingent labour and/or the services procurement industry would be highly advantageous
  • Excellent program and project management and customer / account management competencies
  • Experience managing complex customer engagements with a proactive approach to planning and strategy to ensure our clients’ long-term success and profitable growth
  • Proven track record of escalation and issue resolution with the ability to influence positive outcomes with both internal & external stakeholders
  • Ensuring ‘Customer centricity’ is at the heart of all you do
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Expert in at least one topic of SAP technology (SAP Fieldglass) with a passion for ERP/SAAS technology
  • Degree holder across Sciences (Computer, Natural, Technical) or equivalent work experience
  • Competent with using CRM tools & systems
  • Fluent English language skills are critical for success in this role

This is a challenging role, that includes travel across EMEA, working across multiple teams, multiple clients and multiple time zones in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.

The role will preferably be based in and around London.
