Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.

ACCOUNTABILITIES Manages projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project Allocates work among team members and provides guidance on a regular basis Conducts periodic reviews to ensure project is on track and conducts post-project reviews Ensures all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis Utilizes relevant project management tools, systems, and applications Defines supporting and/or driving process improvements RESPONSIBILITIES Typically responsible for leading a defined project activity or module of a small project Impact is within a specific component of a project or a subset/work stream of a project Defines, allocates and monitors appropriate tasks within area of responsibility Provides direction and guidance to project team, while making recommendations to senior management as necessary Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment on business matters Assumes responsibility to improve service, efficiency and quality of work Identifies priorities and resources relative to each initiative, project or program Maintains awareness of trends, business conditions and internal process and practices impacting project/program(s)

Typically requires 2+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience
