Job Description

Organize distribution schedules in coordination with Sales and the Regional office making sure the content arrives safely to the theaters in a timely manner.
Give technical support on internal and external screenings (PR/exhibitors screenings, premieres, etc.).
Responsibilities :
  • Making distribution schedules in direct coordination with the Regional office.
  • Coordinating with the Sales team to ensure that distribution schedules are well-organized and overseen in order to meet the delivery dates needed and clients’ expectations.
  • Liaising closely with vendors ensuring that content is received by them and do not include any glitches or failures.
  • Following-up that the content is received at the sites.
  • Solve quickly and effectively any issues that may arise regarding the content reception and projection.
  • Reviewing estimates received from vendors and invoices to confirm that these are suitable and that the amounts are correct.
  • Organizing and supervising the development of events such as premières, special screenings, press or exhibitors’ screenings... - Madrid and Barcelona
  • Ensuring that the data entered in GSS for the screenings is accurate (hours and approval).
  • Handling documents such as Screening Guidances, Executive Overviews and Trailer Availability Reports.
  • KDM reception and upload when needed.
  • Continually streamline and improve technical processes to enhance workflow and efficiency and optimize use of time (SMPTE & fulfillment automation).
  • Keeping up-to-date the Regional office of each title status on a daily basis (conference calls, e-mails, reports, etc.).
  • Supervising workflow of trailers and deliveries with the person who coordinates them.
  • Follow up on deliveries and shipments with our warehouse and tracking details with the delivery companies.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 7/8 years in similar position.
  • University Degree. Audiovisual communication or similar.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Protools).
  • High level of resilience and ability to work under pressure.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Production experience.
  • Audiovisual background.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Teamwork and decision.
  • Hard-working.
  • Proactive.
