Senior Product Manager, Nutanix Beam

About The Team

Are you keen to join one of the newest team @ Nutanix that is creating a SaaS platform for the Enterprise Cloud. The Beam team is hungry to create a new category of Multi Cloud Governance Platform as a part of Nutanix vision to simplify Multi Cloud management for cost and security. Nutanix Beam’s Security Compliance Product is a leading CSPM solution and we have an aggressive goal to become a significant player for Enterprise customers for their Cloud Security monitoring, threat detection and remediation lifecycle. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Beam Security Compliance team that drives Product strategy, roadmap and backlog management, product integrations and ecosystem build out and supports Product GTM.

Key Responsibilities

• Product definition - Capture Insights and feedback from field learnings/ customer interactions and inputs from sales, support and engineering to define Product requirements
• Product Design - Ability to define user experience journeys and work with Design team to create highly sticky customer experience
• Competition Analysis - Track competitors in the market in terms of positioning, propositions and features. Take right product decisions to address top gaps and articulate Beam value over competition
• Roadmap and prioritization - Help define the product roadmap, and drive the right prioritization based on customer needs, competitive gaps and product vision/ differentiation
• Evangelization - Serve as the internal and external evangelist for the product offering
• Product Integrations and Alliances - Take lead in product integration strategy to enhance ecosystem play
• Sales Support - Engage in large deals and pursuits to ensure success
• Marketing Enablement - Collaborate with Marketing to build the right customer facing collaterals and sales playbooks

Required Skills / Experience

• Prior Product Management compliance experience in the Hybrid Cloud, CyberSecurity, DevSecOps, Regulatory Standards
• Experience on SaaS product space is highly desirable
• 5+ years of product management experience and 10+ years industry experience
• Understanding of user experience (UX) and business/commercial issues
• Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing
• Technical background with an engineering degree or equivalent
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and Ability to lead through influencing and negotiating
• Demonstrated ability to understand and develop product strategy

Qualifications and Work-ex

• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field required. MBA Preferred
• Work experience: 10+ yrs
