Reporting to the Head of Talent and working in partnership with a Regional Talent Hub, this role is responsible for the development of the talent acquisition strategy while leading a team of talent acquisition professionals to execute the strategy. This is your opportunity to support Nestlé to be recognised as an employer of choice, manage and implement best practice talent acquisition and recruitment marketing, and partner with the business to deliver talent needs across Australia and New Zealand.

A day in the life of...
  • Design and execution of the talent acquisition strategy across Australia & New Zealand.
  • Engage with leaders across the business to support their talent needs
  • In partnership with a Regional Talent Hub, develop, manage and execute local recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Maintain high levels of communication and engagement with our Corporate and Regional Talent teams.
  • Lead, manage and continuously review the quality of the talent acquisition process
  • Management of suppliers, systems and technology platforms
  • Lead, coach and develop the talent acquisition team. Support team capability through motivation and engagement, to build high performers.
What will make you successful

Degree-qualified with at least 7+ years of talent acquisition experience plus experience leading a team. This experience will have been gained in a combination of agency and an in-house talent acquisition function, ideally within a matrix-structured and/or global organisation..


You will have demonstrated excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills, also reflected in your strong influencing and negotiation capabilities. You are thorough and detailed in your approach to work, with demonstrated experience and understanding of the total end to end talent acquisition process, working with technological or social media providers for recruiting purposes. Strong experience in recruitment marketing initiatives and positioning businesses as an employer of choice.

The successful candidate must have clear and effective communication skills and strong team leadership capabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, enjoy high-visibility of the role and overcome the challenges associated with talent acquisition. We are looking for someone with strong business acumen and a solid understanding of the compliance and other legal requirements associated with talent acquisition.
