  • The person will be responsible for all marketing activities for SuccessFactors and works in a fun marketing team environment focused on results.

The role:

Manages planning, development, content, budget, project management, and successful implementation of integrated marketing programs for audiences, including awareness, demand generation, pipeline building, acceleration, loyalty, advocacy, and customer retention. Works with relevant internal and external teams including global, regional and local teams to capitalize on the marketing mix with emphasis on the customer. Aligns with branding, content, communications, data, marketing intelligence & operations, online, digital and social media, partners, customer references, sponsorships, and events to support creation of integrated audience specific programs and campaigns.

  • Customer References – Responsible for working with the customer references team and with relevant stakeholders to create the customer references material for marketing purposes.
  • Digital Support – Work with the Digital Manager in the ANZ Marketing team to build SAP’s digital presence and to track and report on digital execution. The work specifically focuses on SAP.com and email/nurture marketing.
  • Market Research & Insights - Gather and synthesize market insights and company objectives including solutions, industry, geographies, and other information. Understand and define the target audience and its preferences, needs, and challenges. Combine the audience insights with audience intelligence (e.g. propensity models) to support building relevant programs.
  • Participate in Strategic Planning – Work with teams to determine goals or route to market for SuccessFactors and translate into integrated audience specific programs. Ensure programs and campaigns are aligned with stated strategic goals.
  • Develop Content and Messaging - Build, tailor, and syndicate content for awareness, demand generation, opportunity acceleration, customer retention, and other strategic purposes, combining market insights, business objectives, knowledge of relevant elements of the SAP portfolio, audience insights and intelligence as well as key messages into integrated programs and/or campaigns. Make use of best practices to create repeatable processes and content.
  • Manage asset development and deliver audience facing materials by leveraging, tailoring, and syndicating content, positioning, and messaging in order to develop high quality integrated marketing programs.
  • Stakeholder Management - Align with business stakeholders in order to ensure marketing programs closely align to business and sales goals. Support/enable the sales organization through delivery of key customer assets and stories.
  • Plan and develop integrated audience campaigns with a focus on event execution and digital programs. Identify targets, data, value propositions, and tactics to achieve defined goals.
  • Drive program activation and acceleration within region, market unit, or country.
  • Evaluate overall performance, including business progress, campaign performance, and pipeline impact in order to optimize programs. Collect and syndicate best practices.
  • Utilize standard tools and systems to document, communicate, measure, and monitor program plan and facilitate execution to share content and assets.
  • Advise execution teams on configuration, execution and best practices.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Project management (small to mid-scale projects)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required with marketing specialisation
