4) Coordinate with stakeholders across the larger HPI organization on agendas and materials needed for all core team meetings and internal executive forums, including all L1-level reviews, planning sessions and face-to-face meetings.

5) Drive continuous improvement of operational processes to drive a high-performance organization.

  • Drive and/or support strategic cross-functional programs:

1) Lead or support strategic projects as requested that could include but are not limited to: supporting the annual Long-Term Business Planning process in partnership with Finance and Business Strategy team, developing and maturing governance models for new transformation functions, establishing new operational tools and processes for the Transformation office.

2) Track action items from key reviews and follow-up with owners to ensure action items are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

3) Contribute to continually improving how these programs can be managed, executed and transitioned to the broader HPI organization to own and drive.
