Sales Operations Analyst - Cybersecurity

You are all about the details and making sure things get done. We’re making the Cyber world safer here at AT&T Cybersecurity and looking to add a mission minded Sales Operations Analyst to our growing team! This role is based in our Austin office and responsible for assisting with the implementation of contract acceptance process, work closely with sales, fulfillment team, legal, revenue manager, accounting and support.

AlienVault has recently joined forces to create the new AT&T CyberSecurity. As a member of AT&T CyberSecurity, you will be entering an exciting growth stage company as we strive to provide Phenomenal Threat Information, Detection, and Security for customers worldwide!

What we are looking to add to our team:
● You are a self starter and have experience overseeing all aspects of deal approvals, deal structure, pricing, quote creation, partner and distributor agreement reviews
● Collaborator who can work closely with various teams to verify deals are structured and processed efficiently and align to company policies.
● Process driven and able to document standard operating processes and assist Sales Operations with process improvements, handle ad-hoc projects, and other team enablement needs.
● Constantly looking to improve processes and/or sales training opportunities.

We want to know you better if:
● 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a Deal Desk function with a global sales team.
● Strong proficiency with Salesforce.com
● Make others better by your attitude and effective communication.
● You thrive and produce quality work in a fast-paced environment.
● Have a track record of getting things done, making solid business decisions, and overcoming challenges to get deals done.
