Introduction to Ogilvy

As a full-time member of the influencer marketing team at Ogilvy, you will be joining us at an exciting time with a focus on developing, delivering and growing our influencer business across the agency.

Your Role at Ogilvy

Our influencer proposition covers the full spectrum of influencer work, from celebrities all the way to micro influencers. Working closely with the Influence Manager, you will be directly responsible for the ideation, project management and execution of influencer marketing campaigns across this spectrum.

With a blend of left and right brain thinking, you will be results-orientated and help strategically develop ‘best in class’ creative influencer programmes for Ogilvy clients that integrate into the overall strategy (owned, earned & paid channels).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team with the day-to-day running of influencer campaigns, from identification, creative, implementation and reporting.
  • Actively contribute to the Influencer strategy: recommend objectives, targets, action plan, calendar and budget.
  • Manage the administrative side of the account - finances, Maconomy, status report, meetings etc.
  • Aligning and collaborating with media, PR, social, brand activation, digital and all other stakeholders – internal and external to deliver ‘best in class’ campaigns for our clients.
  • Nurturing client-appropriate talent opportunities and nurturing relationships to help deliver the influencer programme for clients.
  • Be able to present creative and sell content solutions to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Responsible for managing the influencer toolset (InfluenceO) and ensuring the usual rigour and quality checks are always maintained.
  • Stay up-to-date with cultural/social trends and customers’ views and attitudes.
  • Assist in the development of and participation in promoting our influencer offering across the business.
  • Support on additional projects as required – such as new business pitches, events, market reviews and competitive trends.

Must Haves:

  • Passion for influencer marketing with a minimum of one-two years’ experience in the field.
  • The ability to remain optimistic under pressure as a team player.
  • Good analytical skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Self-motivated, action-oriented and ambitious with a positive "can-do" attitude.
  • A keen interest in all things social/PR/digital and an avid follower of relevant news & trends.
